We handle tyre callouts in four ways. From 2011 to 2025, we attended 11,873: 6,492 spare-wheel fittings, 2,718 repairs with mushroom plugs, 1,509 new-tyre deliveries and 1,154 van tyre callouts.
On-site tyre repair
We repair a puncture in the centre of the tread with a mushroom plug fitted from inside the tyre. Sidewall punctures cannot be repaired this way.
We can permanently repair a central tread puncture up to 6 mm wide; for greater damage, we offer a new tyre.
New Tire Delivery
We bring a tyre with the correct size and load rating when a puncture, cut or age makes the old one unrepairable.
Our van carries the eight most common sizes, and we select the right one from the size you give us before dispatch.
Spare wheel installation
We replace the flat wheel with your full-size spare or a narrower temporary spare with a speed limit.
After fitting a spare, we also check the tyre-pressure warning, since a temporary spare without a sensor can light it on the dashboard.

The following factors affect the price the most:
- Tyre size and load rating: a C-rated van tyre costs more than a car tyre.
- Damage location: a central tread puncture can be repaired; sidewall damage cannot.
- Spare type: a temporary spare needs a tyre-pressure warning check after fitting.
- Access to wheel nuts: corroded, seized nuts need penetrating spray before removal.
- Location: setting out roadside safety equipment adds three minutes.
How long does tyre assistance take?
Fitting a spare with a jack and torque wrench takes 15 minutes. We raise the car, remove the flat wheel and tighten the spare's nuts in a star pattern to 120 Nm.
A mushroom-plug repair takes 20 minutes because the tyre must come off the rim to fit the plug from inside. An external plug is not permanently airtight, so we do not use one.
Fitting a new tyre, including removal of the old one, takes 25 minutes. Vibration before 80 km/h indicates that the tyre also needs balancing.
We respond to enquiries by phone within 10 minutes and reach cars within Tallinn in 28 minutes. Our van carries eight common tyre sizes every working day: 1,342 of the 1,509 new tyres delivered were already aboard. On-site tyre work took 17 minutes on average.
Mushroom-plug tyre repair near Peetri Tuulik
Customer: Piia L., driving from Peetri to work in Tallinn. Location: near Peetri Tuulik, Rae Municipality; order no. 79,448.
1. Safety: on a September weekday, the driver found a 4 mm screw in the centre of the SUV's rear tread. The technician jacked the car up on firm asphalt and chocked the opposite wheel.
2. Repair decision: the puncture was in the tread centre and smaller than the 6 mm limit, so the technician removed the tyre from the rim and fitted a mushroom plug from inside in 20 minutes.
3. Check and handover: the wheel nuts were tightened in a star pattern to 120 Nm with a torque wrench.
4. All four tyre pressures were set to 2.3 bar.
Price: On-site mushroom-plug repair 1 × €50.00 = €50.00; travel 2 km beyond Tallinn's boundary to Rae Municipality × €1.36 = €2.72. Total €52.72, including 24% VAT of €10.20.
Time: The technician arrived 29 minutes after the call ended; the repair took 20 minutes (2025).
Result: The repaired tyre held 2.3 bar and the spare stayed in the boot.

Three steps from a flat tire to a moving car.
1. Make the scene safe
We jack the car up on firm ground and chock the opposite wheel. At the roadside, we wear a reflective vest and set out a warning triangle before removing the wheel.
2. Fit or repair
We decide whether a central tread puncture can take a mushroom plug or the car needs a spare or new tyre. Wheel nuts are tightened in a star pattern so the rim seats evenly against the hub.
3. Check and hand over
We check the nut torque and pressure in all four tyres, not just the one changed. Wheel fitting and tyre repairs have a six-month written warranty, with terms on the receipt.

Damage location and tyre age determine the safe option.
When can a tyre be repaired?
Only a puncture up to 6 mm in the centre of the tread can be repaired. Sidewall damage weakens the tyre in a way a mushroom plug cannot fix.
When is a spare wheel enough?
A temporary spare lets you drive at limited speed to the nearest tyre shop or our van. We also check the tyre-pressure warning after fitting it.
When Do You Need a New Tire?
The legal minimum tread is 1.6 mm, and 3 mm for winter tyres from 1 December to 1 March. A tyre worn to the limit or damaged on its sidewall needs replacing. In Estonia, winter tyres are required on cars, vans and O2-category trailers from 1 December to 1 March; studded tyres may be used from 15 October to 31 March.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can All Tire Damages Be Repaired On Site?
No. We repair only punctures up to 6 mm in the tread centre. A tyre with sidewall damage needs a spare or new tyre.
How long can an emergency spare wheel be used for?
A temporary spare is for reaching the nearest tyre shop at limited speed. Check the exact limit on the tyre and in the car's manual.
How Much Does Tire Assistance Cost?
Spare-wheel fitting starts at €49, on-site mushroom-plug repair at €50, and delivery of a new tyre at €62 plus the tyre.
Will the tyre-pressure warning light come on with a spare?
It may, if a temporary spare has no pressure sensor. We check the warning and explain whether it will clear while driving or needs resetting.
When are winter tires mandatory in Estonia?
In Estonia, winter tyres are required on cars, vans and O2-category trailers from 1 December to 1 March, with at least 3 mm of tread. Studded tyres may be used from 15 October to 31 March.
Are Standard Car Tires Suitable for Vans?
No. A fully loaded van needs a higher-load C-rated tyre. A standard car tyre can wear quickly or fail under the van's weight.
How Long Does Tire Assistance Take?
Spare-wheel fitting takes 15 minutes, on-site repair 20 and new-tyre fitting 25. Balancing is a separate job and adds time.
