Dispatchers and Technicians in Two Shifts
Autoabi Tallinnas was founded in Lasnamäe in 2011. Dispatchers, technicians and flatbed drivers work in two shifts, with the phone answered daily from 7:00 to 22:00. We offer ongoing contracts for company fleets and also serve private customers. From 2011 to 2025, we attended 81,247 callouts for 52,811 customers. Repeat customers made 28,436 calls, and fleet vehicles accounted for 11,947.
We began attending callouts from Keila and Harju County roads in 2013. Our Lasnamäe fleet consists of three flatbed trucks and four service vans. We attended 6,904 calls in 2023 (18.9 a day), 7,118 in 2024 (19.5 a day) and 7,263 in 2025 (19.9 a day). The fleet covered 412,386 km in 2025.

Price before dispatch, warranty after the job
We reach cars within Tallinn in 28 minutes and respond to enquiries by phone within 10 minutes. Travel within the city is included in the service price, and the six-month warranty on work completed on site appears on the receipt. During the call, the dispatcher tells you the technician's name and the van's registration number.
On Tallinn Ring Road and Peterburi Road, our technician places a warning triangle 100 metres behind the car before starting and works on the side away from traffic. On hybrid and electric cars, they touch only the 12-volt auxiliary battery, leaving the orange high-voltage cables untouched. They can diagnose and reset an electronic steering-lock actuator on site in 30 minutes.

Margus Toomsalu measures response time in minutes
Margus Toomsalu measures roadside assistance response time from the end of the call. He founded Autoabi Tallinnas in Lasnamäe in 2011. We quote the final price by phone before dispatch, and it does not change at the car. Travel within Tallinn is included; beyond the city boundary, the charge is €1.36 per kilometre in one direction.
The Viimsi peninsula has been in our service area since 2011, with a 23-minute drive from our base. Keila was added in 2013, when the team had five technicians; the drive there takes 30 minutes.
In 2015, our vans gained fibreglass reach tools for opening cars with electric locks. We jump-start a stranded car with a 2,000-amp booster, without drawing power from another car's battery through leads. A new battery's 24-month manufacturer warranty is linked to the car's registration number, so a receipt is not needed for a warranty claim.
Our base near Tallinn Ring Road and Peterburi Road houses three flatbeds and four service vans. Each van carries six battery sizes and eight common tyre sizes. Arrival time comprises 12 minutes to prepare for dispatch plus the drive from the base; the technician shows a named staff ID on arrival. Of 81,247 callouts from 2011 to 2025, 61,735 were resolved on site without towing. Work at the car took 20 minutes on average. Within Tallinn, the technician reaches your car 28 minutes after the call ends.
You can match the technician's name from your call to a face on our team page, see response times and final prices on the callouts page, and explore technician and flatbed driver roles on our careers page.
