We assist cars, SUVs, vans and smaller delivery vehicles, including petrol, diesel, hybrid and electric models. Jump-start assistance for hybrids and electric cars uses only the 12-volt auxiliary battery; the orange high-voltage cables remain untouched. Yes. You can pay by card on site or by bank transfer. We coordinate accident recovery with the insurer. For business customers on contract, each callout appears on the invoice under the car's registration number so fleet managers can see which vehicle incurred the cost.
