The controller of personal data on this website is Autoabi Tallinnas. For data protection enquiries, email info@autoabitallinnas.ee; Autoabi Tallinnas will reply in writing. The assistance phone number is for drivers stranded with their cars.

What the assistance form collects

The assistance form sends the following information:

• the driver's or owner's name;
• a phone number for the dispatcher to call;
• an email address for a written reply;
• a message saying where the car is and what happened;
• the type of help selected;
• the address of the page from which the enquiry was sent.

How and why we use the data

We use the information to respond to your enquiry and pass it to the roadside assistance provider who comes to your car and carries out the work.

Responding to your enquiry and quoting a final price before dispatch are steps you request before entering into a contract. We process this data under Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Who receives the data

• The roadside assistance provider attending your car receives your enquiry.
• Providers handling the form, forwarding emails and hosting the website process data only to provide their services.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions to distinguish a person from a bot.

Retention period

We keep assistance enquiry data for 12 months, then delete it. Emails sent to any autoabitallinnas.ee address follow the same process.

Cookies

The Autoabi Tallinnas website does not set advertising cookies or use advertising trackers.

Your rights

• You may ask what data we hold about you and request correction of inaccurate data.
• You may request deletion of your data or object to its processing.
• We can send the information you provided in the form as a machine-readable file, which you may pass to another provider.

To exercise a right, email info@autoabitallinnas.ee, state which right you wish to exercise, and give the email address or phone number used for the enquiry so Autoabi Tallinnas can find your data.
